Soft Inclusions: A Delicious and Functional Ingredient.

Soft inclusions are made by blending fruit purees with natural sweeteners like apple juice concentrate and functional fibers such as citrus and apple pectin. This mixture is dehydrated using advanced industrial ovens to achieve the perfect moisture and water activity levels. Once dehydrated, the soft inclusions are cut to specific sizes based on customer needs and coated with agents like dextrose, rice flour, apple fiber, or spray-dried fruit powders to prevent stickiness. These soft inclusions add texture, flavor, and nutrition to a variety of food products – for example in cereals &snacks, bakery, confectionery, bakery mixes…

Our Infused Dry Fruits are crafted from the finest IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) fruits, ensuring top quality and natural taste. The infusion process begins by soaking the fruits in a 70 BX apple juice concentrate for 48 hours, allowing the natural sweetness to permeate every piece. After infusion, the excess juice is drained, and the fruits undergo two gentle washing processes to ensure balanced flavor.

 

The Infused Fruits are then carefully arranged in air-dried oven trays and sorted for quality. They are dried for up to 8 hours, resulting in a rich, flavorful product with a perfect balance of sweetness and texture—ideal for a variety of applications from snacking to baking.
